A) Organize your to-do-list
Plan your activities and prioritize your tasks daily.
Do the most important thing first.
When checking what need to be completed next, don’t skip over the difficult task.
Ensure you prepare for any emergencies and interruptions.

B) Make it easy to get started
Break the large and time-consuming task into smaller tasks.
Work on them one by one.

C) Multitasking
Jobs which are not too critical and don’t required 100% concentration can be clubbed together.
You can send routine emails while talking on the phone.
Multitasking free 30-60 minutes of time to be used later in the day.

D) Check email on a schedule
Quickly process and synthesize information and turn it into actions.
If the message needs more thought, move it into your to-do-list.
If it’s meeting notification, move into your calendar.

E) Take care of yourself
Get a good night’s sleep and plenty of exercise to improve your concentration which helps you be more efficient and productive.
Eat light, especially during lunch time to ensure that you don’t get sleepy in the afternoon.

F) Reward yourself
Whenever you complete important tasks within a stipulated period, give yourself a little treat.
This will give you an incentive to complete work on time.

i hav no comment on it bcoz i never border wat he is doing also, thn 2day suddenly he call me upload something tat is useful rather than 'rubbish' O.o
he said my daily update is a 'rubbish' mainly is bcoz i gain no benefits from thr gua...
bt 4 me i update my blog is bcoz i wan to jot down all kinds of activities i hav done so far, so i thk it isn't so 'rubbish' like my bro said >.<
